• Out of Character Rules
  ( These rules are to be followed at all times. )

  
  ━ Understand and follow the base dreams' rules at ALL TIMES. There are no exceptions here, if you don't follow the dream rules, then you will not remain in the pride or be accepted into Izwe.
  
  ━ Do NOT bring OOC drama into IC content. If you have beef with someone OOC, that does not mean you can go after their character IC or target their character with alts. Nor will you lead some sort of smear campaign against another player IC. This also means if you are aware of something OOC, your character is not aware of the same unless they learn through IC roleplay. This would be considered god-modding. OOC ≠ IC.
  
  ━ Outlands is a FULL CONSENT dream. This means that you may not walk up to a random lion and start roleplaying without asking. This could be awkward especially if they're AFK. But this also keeps from random fight scenarios and thrill-killing. Please follow the full consent. This also means if anyone approaches you and starts controlling the situation without asking to join roleplay, or doing things to you at all, you may fully ignore or OOC tell them to ask first.
  
  ━ NSFW (sexual content) roleplay will be done alone, in private. This means in whispers or within the pride cave. Sexual content is allowed of all sorts, but if it falls under 'not allowed' in dream rules, find ways to allude to such happening. Do not roleplay violent, sexually explicit scenes in dream AT ALL.
  
  ━ The history of your character is free space, you may have them go through whatever you wish, but what is against the rules will remain out of their ongoing history while within the Outlands or the pride. There will be no loopholing through dream rules in order to do something IC while in this pride. We follow the rules and respect one another, and play as was meant to be played.
  
  ━ If you are going to be absent for a long period, or suddenly have to be away, please contact the leaders of the pride via whisper/DM. This will keep any IC drama from happening when you can't help but not be here. Otherwise, if you're absent for over a week and have not checked in one with the leaders (Adea), then your character may be removed from the pride
  
  

  In Character Rules

  
  ━ You are expected to do your job. If your rank requires your specific tasks be done on a timely basis, then you are expected to do so. If you do not do your job and the leaders take notice, then you will be given a punishment warning, and given extra chores to handle along with your current job. If no improvement is seen, you will be de-ranked to lowest rank, or banished from the pride.
  
  ━ Age, pregnancy, heat, any time length that is important to the story and development must be followed accordingly. Please adjust the age and timeline of things as they fall, keep consistent.
  
  ━ The undetermined lions have joined but are not yet placed. They have one OOC week to remain active and help with tasks within the pride before being places by usefulness. If an undetermined lion is not active in most of the week time period, they will be removed from the roster, and IC'ly escorted out of the prides' territory.
  
  ━ Breeding is open within the pride. A male may have more than one female he breeds and produces children within, but the male is expected to take responsibility of these females and future children in feeding them and keeping them healthy. Fighting over a female is allowed, the leaders will observe to make it fair. The strongest will prevail.
  
  ━ Fights within the pride must fall under a fair challenge. The challenged must accept the challenge, or there will be no fight. If the fight/challenge is denied, the challenger must wait three full days before challenging once again. There will be no fighting outside this honor system, lest the Leaders distribute punishment.
  
  

  Pride Traditions
  ( This will what all members of the pride must follow upon joining Izwe. )

  
  》 When a King/Queen is crowed, they must travel to the Prides' ancestor mound and spend the night communing with those Kings and Queens of the past. They must do this to gain their blessings to lead the pride onwards into the future. This is a time of peace, there will be no killing or fighting from the dawn of the coronation day, to the dawn of the next. If this does not happen, the King or Queen is not a legitimate leader, and will not be followed.
  
  》 When a King or Queen has passed on into the next world, the pride will enter mourning from dawn until dusk. The pride will leave flowers and offerings on the body of the deceased, and at the dusk of the day, they will be buried in the sacred family graveyard. Their existing kin will pray so that they may pass into the next world safely. If this is not done, they will not find the plane of the ancestors.
  
  》 When a royal child is born, they will be announced to the whole of the pride and blessed. The pride will bring offerings to the ancestor mound to honor the new life. This will mark a new day of plenty.
  
  》 When a child becomes a yearling, they must accept a task given by the King or Queen (males accept a task by the King, females by the Queen). They have a single week to complete this task and return with proof. Once this is done, they are accepted into their new position in the pride. If this task is failed--or the yearling does not accept the task--they will be turned away and banished from the pride.
